not become your attorney, nor shall you become our client unless each of
us signs a written retainer agreement which specifies the terms of our

advertised discount rate $160.00 flat rate per hour, and initial $999.00

The Law
Offices of Norman Gregory Fernandez & Associates does charge other rates
for family law matters, and other legal matters. In order to be eligible
for the above-mentioned discount advertised rate, YOU MUST REQUEST
THIS RATE, which only applies to FAMILY LAW MATTERS ONLY,
before retaining our law firm.

Our firm
reserves the right to charge our normal hourly rates and customary
initial retainer, which is negotiable, to all other existing clients,
and/or persons who are referred to our law firm, or come to our law firm
by way of any other means, or advertisement.

If you
fail to request the discount rate advertised on this website when you
contact our law firm, than you could be quoted another rate for your
family law matter. The burden shall be on you to request the discount
rate advertised on this website.

The low
discount rate $160.00 flat rate per hour, and $999.00 initial retainer,
only apples only to new family law clients of our law firm only, subject
to all of the terms and conditions on this page.

If we do
agree to take your case, and you do agree to retain our firm for your
family law matter, the above mentioned discount rate, and initial
retainer will be put into writing in a retainer agreement which you and
a representative of our law firm will sign. We shall not become your
attorney until all of the terms of the retainer agreement are met.

The terms
of said retainer agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between
you and our law firm.

The
advertised rate applies only to Attorney time per hour only.

You will
be responsible for paying all expenses and cost aside from Attorney
time.

The low
advertised rate does not apply to situations where it becomes necessary
for whatever reason to retain out of state attorneys or services, to
prosecute matters where one of the parties, or witnesses to the action
may be out of state.

The terms
and conditions on this website shall be superseded by any retainer
agreement that you sign with our law firm, however said terms and
conditions shall be contained within said retainer agreement.
